Pickleball with a Purpose

On April 29, Ranch & Coast Magazine's enduring commitment to giving back to our community will take to the pickleball courts. The inaugural Pickleball with a Purpose charity event will benefit local nonprofit GenerateHope, which helps survivors of sex trafficking to heal and find restoration in long-term housing and trauma-informed therapy, education, and vocational support.

The festivities at Bobby Riggs Racket & Paddle in Encinitas will kick off at 5pm and will feature pickleball play, a pro exhibition match, and a reception complete with live music by Echophonic, a silent auction, and signature dishes and sips from a stellar lineup of culinary partners including Snake Oil Cocktail Company, Trust Me Vodka, Ricava Tequila, Old Forester, AleSmith Brewing Company, Local Roots Kombucha, Kové Hard Yerba Mate, Improv Booze-Free Cocktails, Best Day Brewing, Goodonya, Adelaide at L'Auberge Del Mar, Beeside Balcony, Lobster West, Ranch 45, Nico's Fish Market, GP Diner, and Broad Street Dough Co. Shop amid vendor partners Nicole Miller San Diego, PickleBelle, and Civile, with a portion of proceeds benefiting GenerateHope.

Event partners include the Jason Barry Team of Barry Estates, Aetna, and Aston Martin San Diego. All-inclusive player tickets are $120; spectator tickets are $75. This is a 21+ event.
